Chia seeds are small seeds with a good source of fiber and protein. They come from the South American plant Salvia hispanica . They are naturally gluten-free and have a neutral taste and smell. The seeds consist of jelly-forming fibers that bind up to 12 times their own weight of water.

RECOMMENDED USE:
